A short version: we collect what an order needs, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, email and phone number.
- Payment confirmation, never the full card number.
- Your email address, if you choose to join the newsletter.
- Anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
What stays on your device
Your shopping bag and your wishlist are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them, and they are never linked to your identity.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your messages, and — only if you have opted in — to send occasional collection announcements. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, our delivery partner and our email provider, each limited to what their part of the job requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@jouni.com and we will action it within 30 days.
