Returns & exchanges
Fourteen days to change your mind, on any unworn piece in its original packaging.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
- We send you a prepaid return label the same day.
- Send the piece back in its JOUNI box with the certificate included.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges are free — rings, chains and bracelets can all be swapped once for a different size at no cost, provided the piece is unworn. Tell us the size you need and we will reserve it while your return is in transit.
What we cannot accept
- Engraved or personalised pieces.
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken.
- Pieces showing wear, scratching or resizing by a third party.
Faulty pieces
Every JOUNI piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If a clasp fails or a stone loosens within that window, we repair or replace it at no charge. Damage from wear, impact or third-party alteration is not covered, but we will always quote a repair.
