Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable local tax unless stated otherwise. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We correct pricing errors and will always contact you before charging a different amount.
Product descriptions
Every piece is solid 14 karat gold as described and hallmarked accordingly. Photography is representative; because each piece is finished by hand, minor variation in polish and stone placement is normal and is not a fault.
Warranty
Pieces carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear, impact damage and third-party alteration are excluded. See our returns page for the full process.
