Every order is dispatched within 24 hours in JOUNI packaging, fully insured and tracked. Complimentary on orders over $120.
Delivery times
- Local — 1–2 business days.
- Regional (GCC & Levant) — 2–4 business days.
- International — 3–7 business days, tracked and signed for.
Costs
Delivery is complimentary on every order over $120. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on the destination. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it for you.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in a JOUNI box with a ribbon, a polishing cloth and a certificate of authenticity. Gift wrapping is included at no extra cost, and you can add a handwritten note at checkout. Parcels are sent in unbranded outer packaging so a gift stays a surprise.
